How do I change the ownership/registration of a domain name to another person?

If you currently own a domain name that is registered with AIT Domains/AIT, Inc., and want to move it to another individual.  This is called a Change of Ownership, and a form must be submitted to AIT with all the necessary information.  The form is located here:  http://www.ait.com/pdf/aitdomains_changeowner.pdf
